We live in Frere Crescent opposite Glenwood High School and have had our cables stolen twice losing appliances to the value of over R100 000. In short, insurance does not want to pay out and Ethekwini will not be responsible even though the lock on the sub station is so tiny, I could pull it off! What recourse do we have please?
