Change for change sake is not always a good thing and having robbed our Municipality of the skills needed to function the ANC needs to readjust. It really pains me to see the signs in the picture above as that is proof that promises are not being delivered on. Hopefully in 2011 our eyes will have opened and we will elect those who can make a difference to the poor and not just their own wallets! I must say I agree with this wholeheartedly.
